Excellent service from Martin & James. They are lovely blokes who go the extra mile. Really know their stuff as well and have clearly been in the Motorhome business for a lot of years. We bought a new VW T7 from them which is converted by Bespoke Leisure in NI - one of only a handful of companies that VW trust and are NCC approved which makes all the difference. The campervans are superb! We had a minor issue with the tyre pressure monitoring system which Martin and James quickly dealt with - I was even given a hire vehicle for a few hours whilst it was sorted. Another example of going the extra mile. My only gripe is that now I?ve bought the van I maybe won?t see as much of them. Many thanks you guys. Shout out to Graham as well who is the engineer. We have now bought two new VW camper vans from James, Martin and Grahame at Birkbrow Leisure. Three years ago we bought a new T6.1 camper and the whole process was really easy with James making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had a technical issue with the van which James worked with us, the VW dealer and the converter to resolve quickly and efficiently. Three years on we decided to buy a new van, this time the latest VW T7, again James was great in making sure that we got the spec we wanted and gave us a good price for our existing van in part exchange. Grahame does a really straightforward handover and made sure we understood all the little details to get the best out of the van. We really can?t recommend James and the team at Birkbrow highly enough, they are a well established and respected local business and we will buy our next van from them in 5 years time!
